What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can reschedule your appointment once, just be sure to give at least 48 hours notice.
Who are the best candidates for IPLs?
Those with light or fair skin who are most at risk of sun damage who have areas of skin with dark spots, age spots, sun damage ,and rosacea, as well as those with fine lines & wrinkles, red complexion, acne scars, and large pores.What should I do to prepare?
Nothing special is needed, just come with clean skin and avoid wearing makeup if possible. If you’re using any active skincare products, we’ll talk briefly about what’s best to pause before your treatment.
Is one IPL all you need?
Most clients see the best results with a series of treatments, but even one treatment can show some results.
What if I’m not able to be medically cleared for an IPL?
Don’t worry! As long as you provided us with correct information and did your online medical evaluation at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, you’ll be fully refunded.
Is there any catch? Am I going to be sold something?
